Welcome to my portfolio! I am a professional surface pattern designer seeking new opportunities in the quilting fabric industry.

I am skilled at drawing with traditional tools such as a pencil, pen and watercolors and also love to use my Apple Pencil and powerful graphic design programs to make interesting repeating patterns digitally. My style comes from my fine art educated composition and color sense along with a playful exploration of fun motifs, illustrations and joy in creating. My cohesive collections will speak to modern quilters and traditional quilters looking for beautiful colors and motifs.

In addition to being a surface pattern designer, I am also a quilter. I am an active member of several quilter’s guilds and love every minute of being in the presence of other quilters. I watch what fabrics quilters fondle and understand the way one perfect fabric choice can make a project sing. This dual love of design and quilting is what has turned the job of fabric design into my passion!
